We have a earth grade slab pour scheduled for tomorrow. The high and low temperatures for today are 40F and 24F. Tomorrow is 42 and 17, then 22 - 12, 24 - 12. The zip is 73013. This is a foundation for an architectural structure and the concrete will be exposed to foot traffic. Should we pour or delay? If it is okay to pour then what should we spec for admix and environmental controls?

Thaw out the subgrade, recompact before the pour. Read ACI Cold Weather Concrete Practice. Have curing compoud and insulation blankets ready. No fly ash in the mix.
