Does anyone have a general guide as to how much below the Tempering temperature you should stick. When PWHT a 410 SS forging. The weld type is overlay approx. 3mm, Wall thickness of item 6"

I like to select a PWHT temperature that is 50 deg F below the reported tempering temperature to assure no adverse effects to bulk mechanical properties from the original heat treatment.
