Hi everyone,
I am just a student currently studying Civil Engineering. In one of may cadet trainings, a PT supervisor told me the quickest way to calculate extensions for PT slabs is using the FMLA: Length of tendon (m) * 6.4.
I have always been using PL/AE. I was wondering how he came to use that formula and if it does have any backed calculations.
Thanks.
