Porosity Acceptance Section 8

For the life of me I can not find any acceptance criteria for porosity in a weld. Section 8 Div. 1 vessel. I have always thought that as long as the cluster is no more than two times the thickness in a 6" length of weld. Now that im trying to firm up what I thought was correct, I can not find it in code. Help!

You do not state if it is visual or volumetric ?
