Pond Outlet Modeling Question

I am trying to model an outlet device on a detention pond and was wondering about the best way to model the outlets?

I have a concrete culvert as a primary outlet device for
a concrete riser. At the bottom of the riser I have a
10" verticle orifice. At the top of the concrete riser
is a 4' x 4' horizontal weir structure.

Inv (24") = 42.5'
Inv (10" orifice) = 43'
Inv (4' x 4' grate) = 48'

The culvert is the primary device.
10" orifice as device 1 ?
4' x 4' grate as device 2?

What the best way to model this situation?

You're close, but I think you're confusing the device number with the device routing. Your setup should be:

Device#1 = Culvert, routed to Primary
Device#2 = 10" Orifice, routed to Device#1 (the culvert)
Device#3 = Top of riswer, routed to Device#1 (the culvert)

The device number appears in the very first column of the outlet screen, under the "#" symbol. The routing appears in a separate column (labeled "Routing"). For a complete example with illustrations please see
