Polystyrene adhesive

We're creating polystyrene parts for a customer of ours, and attempting to glue several scrap pieces together to offer a cost reduction. What kinds of glue (brand names or sources would be great!) would you guys recommend? We're looking for something sprayable, and simple to apply.

Hi there.

We have exactly the same "problem". To "weld" chemisly the 2 PS parts, we use a moisture of worn out ABS with acetone...that gives us at the end, a white liquid. It works very well, but the application on the joint gives me serious and anoying problems everyday. At the present time, we are using a pressurized reservatory at 1.5 bar and a comuns air pistol to aplly the liquid on the joint.
It works very well...during 1 or 2 days.. until the pistol become stuck inside, due to the acumulation and solidification of the liquid in the internal walls of the pistol.. and the rubber o-rings destroyed.

I'm looking for a solution to this problem. Can you help me on this?
