Hello,

One can follow several workflows in order to reverse engineer surfaces in NX once the polygon geometry (STL/JT/...) is available, but...

Is there any tool/license/feature available in NX to create the polygon geometry from the point cloud?

I guess a Siemens product for so, could be Imageware - Point Processing, but Imageware latest release is dated back on 2009, and its functionality (mainly surfacing and polygon modeling as far I can see) is being integrated into NX.

Does anyone know if there are plans to integrate the point cloud and polygon processing functionalities into NX?

Thanks beforehand,
