Hi,

I'm looking for design guides for using ploycarbonates in food storage. Is there any source that anyone knows of that outlines design guidelines. I'm a designer, not an engineer, so I tend to prefer less technical/straightforward info. I'm wondering how far I can push things with regard to color, form, etc.

Thanks!

Hello there

A may be able to help but I would need a little more info as to what type of food to be stored, solid, liquid, or if to be ambient temp, chilled, frozen, etc. we use polycarbonates in the baking industry.

Regards
