I've been reading about dilute and dense phase pneumatic transport of granular materials and powders. I'm trying to find someone who is familiar with saltation and particle segregation issues; often these are hydraulics people. Does anyone have any leads or referrals? Perhaps I should be posting this in a different section - suggestions welcome.
goldmandm@phibred.com

For a quick lesson on this subject go to a couple of system intigrators for this industry. nol-tec.com or shicktube.com they both have good web pages that will explain how it works. You may then want to contact them.

Mr.Goldman,
The State diagram will tell you all about dilute and dense fase by pneumaticconveying. If you are interrested, drop me a note to: cvdorst@skynet.be
