Pneumatic Conveyance with PD and Centrifugal Pumps in Series.

I have a system that heats and transports stone powder to a remote run tank silo.

The transport line is fed by a roots PD combustion blower and 2 roots PD blowers for "transport air" that also enter the process through the burner chamber. The powder material is rotory fed into line just after the burner chamber where it is heated up as it is transported. At the end of the line is the process run tank. The run tank has it's own dust collector with a centrifugal blower. All air in the transport line exhausts though it.

I am curious how to model this arrangment. The max flow capacity of the three supply PD pumps match the output flow capacity of the exhaust dust collector centirfugal blower.

1)As PD pumps supply flow at needed pressure, does the centrifugal blower just reduce the amount of power needed at the supply PD pumps?
2)Other wise, wouldn't the PD pumps be sufficient (if motors properly sized) to transport the material and exhaust the air flow through the dust collector filter bags?

As of right now the system is set up as
-Dust collector centrifugal blower operating at set running speed
-Combustion blower scaled to match the natural gas input valve position.
-Transport air blowers ran at max speed unless thier supply line pressure reaches a max pressure at which vent butterfly valves in the lines open to relieve some of the pressure before flow enters the burner chamber.

I'm looking to refine the system for more consistant operation, to maximize heat transfered to the powder and reduce overall power consumption.

Sounds like the blower at the end is just giving a last kick to get a good distribution and widest range trajectory going into the tank.

It seems the centrifugal blower is lowering the pressure in the process run tank. If the process run tank was pressurized, you would have dust leaking out at all of the joints and fittings.
