Would you please let me know if there is any free software to convert inertance (FRF of acceleration) to compliance (FRF of disp.).

If you have MS Excel, then that would be free software!

In no particular order, free as in free software that will definitely do that

Octave
Scilab
Open Office
Smath Studio

Of those all but the third are more or less designed for signal analysis.

Without the concept (a.k.a. understanding the subject), how are you going to check/trust what's coming out of the conversion by a magic, free tool?
