how does plumbing work like the water go threw the pipes and how to the clean it and what happens with the water at the sanatation place

Sewage flows down hill.
Sewage gets periodically pumped back up hill.
Sewage flows down hill.
Sewage reaches treatment plant.
Evaporate the water.
Free manure.

If the slope of the pipes is correct they do not need to be cleaned.
