Hi,

How could I plot a drawing and get on the paper the same real physical dimensions (as shown on the 2D file)?
The 920 mm dimension is actually 152 mm (red marked in parenthesis) ......

How should I adjust the plotting settings?
It is something that I didn't thing about, so far.....

Thanks,

For Printing to Scale you have to setup your plotter in Printer Administration and use the Plot command

I do not understand the question. Do you want to plot in 1:1, that 920 mm should be 920 mm on paper ?
or should the 920 become 152 on paper ?

Unless you like pain, stay away from the plotting in NX....
Export to pdf and print from the pdf, that saves you headaches.

Toost,
I want that 920 mm should be 920 mm on paper.

Thank you!

Thanks a lot for your detailed reply!
:)

NX plotting was inherited when UGS merged with SDRC in the beginning of the 2000's
The reason it's "kind of special" is that it's built to work on many operating systems, Siemens/ UGS did support both Unix and Mac os at the time.
I guess that Siemens keeps it but will not touch it anymore.
