Plotting Issue

I have a designjet 5500 and have an issue when plotting Catia drawings to it. The first print plots fine but all subsequent prints don't plot. The plotter screen shows the word "processing" flashing on the screen. Nothing else come out from that point no matter what is in the queue and what software it was printed from.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
