plot to file

Can anyone tell me how to setup a printer in acad14 to enable me to plot to file. I print to an 11 x 17 HP printer at the moment and have never set up a plot to file printer. I need this to print to a full size D drawing also. HELP!!! this is driving me nuts....

We use the Dratpro EXL (7576A)driver for plot files and I've never had any problems with it. Steve Smith

I would thik if you are using an hp printer that any of the hp plotters that uses the hpgl or hpgl2 language would not have a problem if everyone helps everybody the world will be a better place
