I am a Process Engineer and I have been informed to provide information on how to design a PLEM. I understand that PLEM refers to Pipeline End Manifold which is a connection between the main pipeline and a subsea structure.

What are the information, procedures and design details that I would need to design a PLEM as a Process engineer?
