Please help to improve the CFD model of the ball valve in Abaqus 6.11-3. I attached the model file. The problem is that calculation takes a long time and sometimes (when mesh is a smaller) ends with the error. Maybe something wrong in the Boundary Conditions or in the Predefined Fields. If not, then is it possible to build the 2D Planar or Axisymmetric model? How to do that and how to set the symmetric Boundary Conditions? I use RNG k-ε turbulence model. Fluid - water. Units - SI.

P.S. I also programmed the macro to automate the calculation of the model for different values of parameter h (see Section Sketch). Macro works fine but the problem in model.
