One of our petblowing full automatic machines just switched off the heater line during operation and I traced out that there was no signal from PLC, so I switched off the machine and latter switch-ON. When the machine was switched-ON, the interface board, though, have its 22vdc instead of 24vdc but doesn't ON/operate. That is why I went to check the PLC and i find out that the PLC was showing "program error" light. Pls what can i do?

Measure the power supply voltage with a good meter and see that it's what it should be. 24Vdc?

If so power the entire system off wait 10 seconds and power it back up again. Recheck the supply voltage. What happens?

Thank all! The name on the PLC is MISTIBUSHI. I had switched off and on the main power several time even with 24vdc but all still the same.

Re-download your latest certified working backup copy in to the PLC. This will either correct the problem or let you know the program is not the problem and it is a hardware problem. Under a load, it is not uncommon to see slightly less than 24vd. But if you do not know where to go in Mitsubishi PLC software to read error status bits, downloading backup of program will eliminate that as an issue, then it is on to hardware. Divide and conquer.
