Modeling contains a Box culvert beside pile and raft foundation.

(Plaxis 3d Foundation v1.6)

Piles and raft foundation is constructed by Sheet Pile method.

Soil is very soft clay (SPT N<1)

So, before excavation, Ground modification is needed.

Anyway, I did my best, Modeling completed,

....but I think something wrong.

"Error in iterative solver.
Preconditined conjuagte gradients converges very slow.
Use direct solver instead of iterative"

This message appears again and again. (Excavation phase)

How? can I do this right?

I changed iteration option or something, but nothing's changed.

Im desperate. Help me. Please.

If you want (anyone), I'll send my modeling file.

A screen shot of the model, as well as the material parameters would be helpful.
Simply your model, everything as plain vanilla as possible, say with a Mohr Coulomb material, E = 300ksf...
If it solves, then start changing one parameter at a time.
Foundation v1.6 is several cycles out of date; you might be on your own.
