Does anybody know if PA66 GF35 is compatible with PPA GF30 PTFE15 regarding wear?
Enviromental conditions are T= -30 to 130 Celsius degrees and a normal force of about 4 N.
I don't know the speed of contact point, but I presume it's quite high.
Sure not constant, parts are subjected to a on/off cycle.
Parts are 2.5 mm thick.

Follow the manufacturer's design handbook for acceptable PV factor.

One of the sources you could look at is LNP's web site in the engineering graphical database (EGD) they have comparative tribological data. There used to be a lubricomp brochure with the kind of data you are after. Not sure if they still have it. Look at RF1007 against UFL4036. I think the 130°C is a bit high for the RF1007.
