Plastic shrinkage

Hello Forum,

Any ideas of how to conduct a quick shrinkage test. Measuring 60mm by 60mm plastic plaques in the accurate and fastest means.

I've been tossing around some ideas and doing some research. I know there are manufacturing sites making thousands little gizmos and having them run down a conveyor line and have some kind of quality measurement system. Looking at all different angles from using lasers, visual optical display systems, etc.
