Hi,
I am modeling in 2D condition in plane strain. If i insert Plane stress/strain thickness in ABAQUS equal to 0.01, what is that mean?

my units in my model are : meter, newton, kg, second, Pa.
i am using CPE4P element.

That's the thickness in the third (out-of-plane) direction in your unit system.

In my model. I calculate the change in volume of elements during adaptation via umeshmotion subroutine. In plane strain, if the thickness equal to 1, the volume unit equal m^3 /m and if the thickness equal to 0.01, the volume unit equal to m^3 /cm ??

And if I insert thickness equal to 0.01m, is it necessary to change the loads which I exert in my model?

When your length unit is meter, then your defined out-of-plane thickness is 0.01m. What's so difficult about that?
