Can I create a plane set at an angle to a face that I can alter its rotation from the plane's centre. The problem is I have a rectangular block with a cavity drilled in from the side face and I have a hole which needs to come from the top face at an angle down and across but I want to be able to create the hole then play with the angles by rotating the plane that hole sketch was placed.

Sometimes it is easier to use a skeleton or layout sketch to place geometry for the hole location, and then place the plane using that geometry. The sketch would then be the driving variable instead of the plane.

Here's something I love to do in this case.

Create a sketch that will dictate the direction you want your plane to face--in this case, create a simple line that indicates the direction your plane is perpendicular to. Close the sketch. Select the end of your line (well away from the face of your block) and the line itself, and create a plane Normal to Curve. Now, to change the angle of your plane, simply edit your sketched line's angle to the face and everything built on that plane will update with the sketches value.
