I would like to get help on setting up the plan 53B, particularly the common practice for selecting the precharge pressure on bladder accumulator, and minimum operating pressure of the barrier fluid. thank you

Find your vendor's manual, it should be readily available. Pre-charge bladder to 80% pressure, then pump up to 100% with barrier fluid. Maintain barrier pressure a minimum of 25psig more than the MAXIMUM seal chamber pressure. Confirm with vendor, but these are typical values.
