Pitless Booster Pump Station

Has anyone had any experience with a pitless booster pump station that uses a submersible turbine pump in a buried chamber. Baker Monitor has one as an example, see attachment.

If you have experience I would like to know some pros and cons. We are looking at about a 3 - 5 HP pump.
