I work at a batch chemcal facility in PA and we change out piping and modify pipe runs all the time. Does anyone have an idea how to do set up and run a piping inspection program to comply with OSHA PSM. for example, we could have a pipe of 20 ft long today running chemical A. In 3 months, it may be in 2-4 pieces and running various chemicals in it and going to different keelte all over the place in the plant.
