Hi everyone,
I'am currently working on a pipeline lowering project using 4 engins (pipeline length is 1.25 Km). I assumed I can use CAESAR II to determine the adequate positions of engins which garante that neither maximum allowable stresse limits not maximum lifting capacities are exceeded during the lowering.
To make it clear and concise, me and my colleague suggested two different method, each one of them is explained in the attached file. Can you please check them and tell which one is more accurate.
