after hydro testing of pipeline , de-wattering and drying what is the required dew point value ? and what is the reference standard?
pipeline construction according ASME B31.8 for gas transportation.

Dew point is whatever you want it to be. No set standard other than what the operator wants.

Dew point of minus 10 or 20 C is fairly common for natural gas, but if you're transporting well fluids don't bother.

If it's lng then you might need to go much lower or avoid water all together.

It is the rate of increase, not the value itself, of the dew point that is important. If dew point goes from -20 to -10 degC in pipe A, and dew point stays -5 degC in pipe B, all other factors being equal, most likely is that pipe B is drier that pipe A.
