pipe weld callout

What would be the best callout to weld the pipe to the triangular piece?
pipe: 300 series stainless, 1.25 OD, 1.125 ID,
trinagular plate: 300 series stainless, 0.25 thick.

Do you mean

"What is the proper call-out for the parts shown, with no further joint preparation?"

or

"What would be the best joint for welding these two things together?"

If the former, I think it's a flare-bevel. If the later, much more information is needed.
