Pipe Fittings- Express Route

I am having some problems with the automatic pipe fitting placement feature with the pipe routing command.

I took the standard ANSI butt weld 1" elbow, created a copy, and added it to the library. I then adusted the dimensions to create 4" elbow.

Using the database administrator I updated all the properties I saw that the 1" fitting had. Performed and update.

When I try to draw a 4" pipe, it can't find the elbow.

How do I create fittings that can be used by the automatic placement command?

This is SE V17.
