pinching effect with ANSYS

Hello,

I want to model rotational joint which has nonlinear behavior and pinching effect under cyclic loading.I prefer to model it with ANSYS but I don't know how.I've tried with all "combin" elements but they don't have any options for pinching effect.I will be very thankful if you give me
advice.
