no heavy machinery, all hand dug, concrete by the bag, post and beam, need about 10,000 per post, decent soil 1500 plus, is it all garbage? any ideas welcome, thanks
Your question is very confusing. This is what I interpret: you have a post holding 10 000kN bearing on soil that is 1500Pa bearing, the concrete is garbage because it's hand mixed in a dirt hole that's hand dug. Any ideas to fix this? Yes, do it properly.
As for frost... maintain 5ft, or place rigid insulation underneath the footing 2" for each 1ft if you don't want to dig.
