Pier section design with ETABS api 1

Does anyone know if there is a way to define the pier sections used in the shear wall analysis? Can you access the section designer with the api?

yes you can. To assign a pier label to a wall element you can use AreaObj.SetPier Method. Analysis results can be accessed thru SapModel.Results. Not sure about how to access design results

Thank you very much for your response but I dont want to assign already defined pier sections to the wall elements.
What I want is to define new pier sections, and define the rebars with the API like that:

Is it possible?
