Hi all,
A client wishes to remove two walls in a single-storey lean-to of a semi-detached house. Floorplans below.
The removal of the walls will leave a small pillar of the exterior wall, should I be worried about any instability or cracking this may cause as it's only a brick and a half width in between a window and the door? Any advice is appreciated.
