Hi
I am trying to get the
lens flare effect. I am using Creo Elements and have the Photolux
license. Some old tutorials show a properties menu for the effects tab,
but I cannot find it. Any assistance on how to use the effects would be great.
There was a menu call 'Environment Editor' it has Light Effect: Light Scatter, Fog, Visible lights lens flare and Hidden lights lens flare. These effect files are saved as .den.
The following images were taken from the old tutorial.
This is the current Effects tab in the Scenes menu.
So I can use the Options => Import and select a lens flare.den file from an archive
But that's as far as I can get.
As best I can tell when Pro E changed to the Mental ray 3.7+ render all the previous effects are no longer available.
