Phosphorus Removal

What software is the best to determine phosphorus removal rates? I have PONDNET, but it is only useful for typical NURP ponds. I would like to find a user friendly software that you can model rainwater gardens, underground ponding chambers and other infiltration type devices. P8 was recommended by a watershed, but it doesn't seem to be user friendly.
