which thermodynamic models should I select in Prode Properties for calculating the phase diagram of a mixture with hydrocarbons + water + methanol ?

there are several posts at cheresources and here discussing these topics,
Prode Properties (even the free version !) includes both CPA (Cubic Plus Association) and several EOSs + activity such as NRTL (with complex mixing rules), these models should be able to predict water-methanol equilibria, take care that CPA is slow (due to association term), for phase diagrams I would prefer Peng_Robinson-NRTL (Huron Vidal) or similar options,
there are some examples in Prode Properties operating manual and in this page
