PETG and Nickel EMI Coating Issue

We are having a cracking issue with our Electrodag 550 Nickel EMI Shielding on PETG material. Does anyone know a cause? We spray the Nickel on other material and do not have any problems but, when we spray on the PETG, cracking begins to appear a few days later. It does not look like an adhesion problem. The nickel coating simply cracks. We have not been able to come up with a solution or answer. Please help.

I don't have a suggestion but Acheson was always helpful and had lots of data on several materials. PETG is very hard to paint on.

Henkel told me after they bought Acheson that Electrodag 550 is discontinued.
