Have you tried an internet search for perforated or expanded metal? Here's a link that lists several suppliers. Take a look at the suppliers web sites, several have technical info or specifications that may be of use or you may want to discuss your needs with one of them.
From the listing above, New Metals, Inc. has a link to the Expanded Metals Manufactures Association that has a standard that also may be of use.
