hello everyone,
I have been searching for some time but can't seem to find what i need.

basically i would like to use some type of cross-head extrusion die to caot .180-.220 steel rods to an final OD of .375. I have found some products that i believe are made with this process but they are more wire and cable not stiff rod. in a perfect work these coated rods would replace .375 C276 and other expesive rods. i realize my big issue is concentricity, which is important if my application. so has anyone seen this done or know who could do it? i hoping for good things, exspecially from you patprimmer.
thanks for your time guys

I have had very little to do with cross head extrusion.

Regards
