PDMWorks Workgroup

A PDM question. I've tried to use the tutorial in SW2008 Office Premium and work my way through PDMWorks but keep getting a license error when I try to "Add-In" PDMWorks Workgroup 2008. Doesn't the license come with Premium? I have installed and set-up a vault as an administrator (per the tutorial) with no problems but can't seem to get to it through Solidworks. Any ideas??? (BTW - our IT Guru has no idea...) Thanks - Dadelar

This might be a silly question ... but did you set up user accounts ??? Did you enter the Vault (computer) Name in the logon screen ???

Thanks for the info guys - I got it figured out though. I accidentelly found out while I was browsing for answers that it was an IT error. They didn't assign the right permissions to the right machines.

Bradley - I will become the PDM administrator but the IT department has all the other computer stuff. This a start up thing for the company - since I'm bringing it in, I get the pain with the glory. Such is life in a small company!
