PDM Works Header State

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems saving the header state in PDM Works Check-in screen. I'm using SW2006 SP0.0

I RMB and select "Save Header State" and the next time I check in something it reverts back to something that I did not save and it is not the "Default Header State"

Any help that may be offered would be greatly appreciated.
