PDM, force model & drawing rev to always match

Is there a setting which will force the revision of a drawing to always match the model file?
I can't imagine a senario when they shoudn't match anyway.

You can setup PDMW to ref the revision block on a dwg, but not a model. But, any SW file can be checked in and override the existing rev or change it.
