PD5500 Enquiry Case 87 (Duplex Materials)

Hi All,

Can anybody advise as to whether PD5500 Enquiry Case 87 is still valid regarding the use of Duplex stainless steel on PD5500 vessels ?

I have been advised by a client that it is has been withdrawn and I have also found a thread on this site stating this.

However we have a new copy of PD5500 (2012) and it is still shown as a valid enquiry case.

Has anybody else been advised that it is no longer a valid document ?
