PCI Plant Certification (B4) for Bridge beams

I would appreciate it if someone could provide the minimum requirements for a SAMPLE precast/ prestressed bridge beam which will be tested for a plant PCI's B4 certification. We are looking for a minimum beam length, minimum number of straight/ deflected strands and other reinforcement, etc...
