This will happen quite frequently when you have multiple components, are you analyzing an assembly? Use the soft-spring option and run the study. The results will tend to make the partially or unrestrained components "fly" away in solid space. You can also run an interference detection to make sure everything is touching, sounds like you may have some disconnected joints. If none of this works, analyze each individual component and transfer loads or deflections to each next component - you know, like you had to do in college.
