Patran Workshop 4 from Seminar Workbook

Has anyone completed Workshop 4 (Midsurface extraction example) from the "Introduction to Patran 2005 r2, PAT 301" seminar workbook (volume 1)? I'm not able to get the same answer as they did.

I tried too. It is not extracting mid surface. I tried all the controls and tolerance, but no use So I skipped that exercise.
