Patran Student Version does not create Spatial

Hi, everyone!
I have Patran 2020 Student Version installed and, in the tab Properties, section Fields, I am trying to create a Spatial. However, the Apply button is not there (I'm trying to make a tutorial and, on the tutorial, the Spatial creation is completed by clicking on Apply). Can anyone help making the button appear, please?
