PATRAN 2010 windows7 startup.. sidebar menu

I have just installed Patran 2010 on my laptop with O.S. windows 7 ultimate x32 bit. After this installation I can open this program but I can not work in it. I can see the main menu (geometry, elements, etc.), but the sidebar menu(new model preference window) doesn't show to me.Please help!

You should ask customer support team of patran seller for solve this problem issue. Anyway the patran version 2010.1.2 has been solved this problem. If you have not 2010.1.2, you should change interface from skin type to classic, it can solve problem also.
