Passive Vibration Cancellation Companies 1

I am seeking companies that either manufacture or utilize passive vibration cancellation technologies. I am not sure such technologies (as opposed to active ones) are much in use, but any leads will be helpful. Thanks.

Every car is fitted with many passive isolators, and several tuned harmonic dampers. What do you mean by passive vibration cancellation?
